Program
Moderators and Faculty for each topic coming soon.
Operating Room A: Combined FUT + non-shaven FUE live surgery demonstration
In this operating room, a combined FUT and non-shaven FUE procedure will be performed in the crown area of the scalp. Our objective is to demonstrate different non-shaven technique options for patients, including the FUT approach and the non-shaven FUE technique.
In this method, follicular units are extracted without shaving the donor area, keeping the hair short, which represents an alternative to the long hair FUE technique.
Harvesting
- FUT strip harvesting
- Non-shaven FUE harvesting using the Mamba device
- Faculty will be assisted by BHR technicians for strip dissection and slivering
Implantation
- Recipient site creation and forceps implantation
- Implantation using dull implanters
Operating Room B: Shaven FUE hair transplant live surgery
In this operating room, a frontal hairline reconstruction will be performed using a fully shaven FUE technique. The objective is to showcase FUE extraction with a variety of devices, from conventional to multiphasic systems, along with different implantation approaches.
Harvesting
- FUE harvesting using the Zeus device
- FUE harvesting using the micromotor
- FUE harvesting using the Lead M device
Implantation
- Implantation using sharp implanters (Lion)
- Premade incisions and implantation with forceps
- Input multi-implanter technique performed
Operating Room C: Eyebrow hair transplant using long hair FUE technique
In this operating room, an eyebrow hair transplantation will be performed using the long hair FUE technique.
Long hair hair transplantation is considered an advanced technique in which follicular units are extracted while keeping the hair long. This methodology has an absolute indication in eyebrow transplantation, as it allows precise control of the curvature, direction, and angulation of the hair, achieving a much more natural and harmonious result.
Harvesting
- Long hair FUE harvesting
Eyebrow Design
The procedure will begin with eyebrow design. Faculty member will explain the process step by step, highlighting the key anatomical and anthropometric landmarks required for optimal aesthetic reconstruction.
Implantation
- Follicular unit implantation
- Implantation will be carried out using Lion implanters of 0.6 mm and 0.7 mm
