About the Doctor

Dr. Tsai is a dermatologic surgeon in Taiwan. He completed his dermatologic surgery training in the United States and Japan from 1992-1993. He is associate professor of dermatology at Taipei Medical University and has taught dermatologic surgery procedures such as Mohs surgery, hair transplantation, laser surgery, tumescent liposuction, and chemical peeling. He serves as associate editor of JCD, assistant editor of Dermatologica Sinica, and editor of Dermatologic Surgery. He is a board director of the Taiwanese Dermatologic Association and founding president of the Taiwan Society for Dermatological and Aesthetic Surgery.
