Dr Epstein was Program Chairman for the ISHRS Annual Scientific meeting in August 2004 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Dr. Epstein has given numerous presentations at the annual meeting of the ISHRS, at the Orlando Live Surgical Workshop, and has been an invited speaker at conferences hosted by the Japanese, Italian, and Brazilan Hair Restoration Societies., and International Society of Urologic Surgery.

About the Doctor

Dr. Epstein earned his B.A. degree from Duke University and his M.D. from Georgetown University. After 13 years in private practice, he joined the Chambers Hair Institute in 1990 in Baltimore and Richmond. In 1995, he founded the Stuart Medical Group, and served as the Medical Director until he joined Bosley in 2006. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology, the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.Dr. Epstein has been practicing hair restoration since 1990. He served on the Board of Governors of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons (ISHRS) from 2004-2011, and was elected President for 2009-2010. He has lectured nationally and internationally on numerous topics related to hair loss and hair restoration surgery.Golden Follicle Award 2017Dr Epstein's practice specializes in hair restoration surgery in the Bosley-Virginia surgical offices located in Richmond and Virginia Beach.
