Shadi Zari, MD, FRCP(C) is a Dermatologist, Cosmetic, and Hair Transplant Surgeon. Dr. Zari completed his residency training at McGill University in Dermatology where he received the Dermatology Clinical Research Award in 2009. He was trained in Hair Restoration at the University of Toronto. He also did a Dermatologic Cosmetic Surgery fellowship and a Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship at McGill University. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. He has co-written 3 chapters and is the DVD co-editor of the fifth edition of the Hair Transplantation textbook. Dr. Zari is the Medical Director of Beauty Elements Center for Cosmetic Dermatology, Laser, & Hair Transplantation. He is the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Jeddah. He is also an Adjunct Professor at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, where he teaches dermatology residents hair loss treatments, scalp dermoscopy, PRP, and hair restoration surgery.
