About the Doctor

Dr Sean Behnam is a Los Angeles hair transplant specialist. After finishing residency at UCSF, Dr. Sean Behnam studied under Dr. Mark Distefano performing hair restoration. After his training, he returned back to Los Angeles and set up his practice since late 2008. As a Los Angeles hair transplant expert, his area of focus is solely on hair restoration for both men and women. He performs both Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) and FUE. He performs FUE for both men and women and ethnic hair. He also performs eyebrow transplant as well. Recently, there has been a hype about beard and mustache transplant and he does both. A lot of patients with cleft pallet get mustache hair transplant. Dr. Sean Behnam has heavily been focusing on scar revisions as well, coming up with different and various techniques of reducing the scars significantly.
