About the Doctor

Dr. Kapil Dua, Co-Founder & Chairman at AK Clinics has over sixteen years of clinical and teaching experience in the fields of Otolaryngology & Hair Transplant. Clinically, he has practiced Otolaryngology & head Neck Surgery at Dayanand Medical Hospital, where he also served as an Assistant Professor and Associate Professorfor a around 7 years. Additionally, as the Chief Hair Transplant Surgeon at AK Clinics, he has performed more than 1500 successful FUE Hair Transplants with now wastage of less than 3%.Dr. Kapil has a significant international foothold as an expert in the field of successful hair transplants. His numerous achievements include serving on the being the Founder Member, & President of the Association of Hair Restoration Surgeons of India. Apart from this, he is also the Board of Governor in the Asian Association of Hair Restoration Surgeons, headquartered at BANGKOK as well as serving as a Member of the renowned FUE Research Committee – International Societyof Hair Restoration Surgeons, headquartered at USA. He is among the key globally recognised FUE surgeons in the world and represents India on the Global Hair Transplant Council at ISHRS, USA. He is currently serving as the Program Director of ISHRS Regional Workshop, to be held in India for the first time in 2015.Aside from his international recognition, his current interests include being one of the youngest, sought after and respected teachersin FUE Hair Transplant in India. He is also a regular Faculty & Course Director for various FUE Hair Transplant courses at Haircon, DAAS Summit, Delhi Aesthetics, Hair India – all conferences held in India and attended by esteemed members of the medical community.
