Program Description

This 2.5-hour live webinar, “Medical, Biological, and Nutritional Adjunctive Therapies in Hair Loss Management,” is designed to help summarize the core clinical practices which should be standard as a level of care in the skills and technologies involving nutritional, medical, biological adjunctive therapies for hair loss. It will start out examining some of the existing. medical therapies for hair loss, and then delve into some of the newer treatment options that are being explored.

Professional Practice Gap

Depending on individual practitioner’s background and training, they may have more or less experience performing a holistic approach to the evaluation of hair loss and considering other nutritional, medical, or biological options. This webinar will provide clinicians of additional ways to meet patients’ needs in this evolving area.

The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery designates this Other Activity (blended synchronous and enduring) for a maximum of 2.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

To receive CME credit and a CME certificate, participants must participate in the activity, complete the evaluation survey and the CME Claim Form by January 12, 2027.
